Ethiopian Sidamo (Fair Trade and Organic)
We are pleased to be able to offer a selection of Ethiopian beans to our customers again. Simply put, this Sidamo is superb. A bright and sweet taste with notes of citrus spice and berry. The acidity and body pair together nicely for a well rounded, classic Sidamo taste. For those last season who found our Yirgacheffe to be pleasing, check this coffee out as an adaptation to that theme! Grown exclusively in the Sidamo province of Ethiopia, this bean is a fantastic entry point for those who are unfamiliar with African coffee yet wish to branch out in their coffee exploration.

Honduras Carruchil Marcala (Fair Trade and Organic)
Carrying this coffee is a new adventure for us and we really like it! A solid yet light bodied coffee with nutty accents typical as to what you would expect from a quality Central American coffee. This Honduran bean is a great middle of the road coffee, not as tangy as a typical Nicaraguan bean and thus perfect for those who enjoy a milder cup of coffee. Marcala is a region on the southwestern side of Honduras known for its exceptional coffee growing tradition and quality.

Willett Ave Blend (FTO)
Named after the street our cafe calls home, this coffee finds a graceful union between sweet citrus notes and an earthy/nutty body. This fairly traded and organic coffee is complex in taste, offering different notes to the consumer each time it is enjoyed. Expertly roasted and blended, this coffee is sure to change up your daily coffee experience.

Cascadia Blend Decaf (Fair Trade and Organic)
This coffee is a new offering for PCR. It’s a Swiss Water processed decaf with excellent taste. Water processing is an extremely natural way to decaffeinated coffee beans as opposed to chemical processes all too common in many decaf coffees today. This blend is a multi-region coffee with an excellent body with highlights of sweetness and acidity. Sure to be well liked by all who try it and are looking for a robust tasting decaf.

Dark Roast (Fair Trade and Organic)
This is Jeff's favorite roast. It’s simply stunning in the french press and is actually our Nicaraguan bean; fill of its citrus notes (a shade grown high elevation coffee) combined with our new Honduran coffee. This coffee is then expertly and lovingly roasted darker than the typical medium roast of much of our single origin coffee. With a taste that is rich and complex for those that love a dark coffee, this is for you!
